A useful first consultation is sometimes the one that recommends not having surgery. Roughly one in five cosmetic enquiries leaves with a non-surgical plan, a referral, or simply more time.

We screen routinely. Where a referral to clinical psychology serves the patient, we offer one in confidence.
Active health considerations
Smoking within six weeks, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent significant weight loss — surgery is paused, not pushed.
Recently completed family
For abdominoplasty in particular, we recommend completing your family first. A repaired diastasis is undone by pregnancy.
