Day 0 — 2
WhatsApp or email
You message us in Arabic or English with photos and a brief history. A patient coordinator replies within 12 working hours, requests any missing imaging, and books your video consultation.
Day 3 — 7
Zoom — 45 minutes
Dr. Mahram personally conducts a 45-minute video consultation. You will discuss goals, candidacy, options, and the realistic boundaries of what surgery can and cannot achieve.
Day 7 — 10
PDF — written and signed
Within 72 hours of the consultation you receive a detailed PDF: every recommended stage, the timing between stages, the surgeon's fee, hospital fee, anaesthesia fee, implants if any, and an all-inclusive package option.
Day 10 — 30
Coordinator-managed
Once you confirm, our travel desk arranges hotel options near the clinic, airport transfers, a SIM card, and (if requested) a family-friendly serviced apartment for longer multi-stage stays.

Cairo Medical Center
Pre-operative review on day one, surgery on day two or three, hospital stay as planned, and daily wound checks until you are cleared to fly. Every step is led by Dr. Mahram personally — never delegated to a junior.

Once home, you have scheduled video reviews at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. The team remains reachable on WhatsApp for any concerns in between.
